Job Description

  • As a Technical Recruiter, your day to day activities will be working on Requirements of our clients and source the candidate from various job boards, social media and internal database.
  • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, and internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and referrals.
  • Leverage various job portals e.g. Naukri, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed etc.
  • Make as many as calls to get the best possible submission and send tons of emails to get the right talent.
  • Engage with potential candidates as per client requirement, including skills, education, experience and competency.
  • Source and Screen resume for the open position of role assigned by superior.
  • Understand job profile and schedule interview with client accordingly, need to recruit
  • Making calls to the candidates and performing daily task like Screening and scheduling interviews
  • Regularly update the internal tools and adhere to the company policies and practices while hiring.
  • Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process with candidates.

Required Key Skills

  • Proven work experience of 2+ year managing the recruitment process
  • Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge of human resource development and management
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand and analyse people
  • Well organized, detail oriented and confident personality
